Yes, all our devices are 100% authentic and come with a verification seal. You can verify the authenticity of your pen by scanning the QR code on the box which links directly to the official manufacturer database.
How often should I replace the needle cartridges?
Needle cartridges are designed for single use only. To ensure safety, hygiene, and the best results, you must dispose of the cartridge after every treatment. Reusing needles can lead to infection and skin irritation.
How long does shipping take?
We typically process orders within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on your location and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened items in their original packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of beauty tools, we cannot accept returns on devices that have been opened or used.
